March 17th, 2020. Effective immediately, all Forest Creek CDD Amenities; Clubhouse, Pool, SPA, Fitness Center and restrooms are closed until further notice. This action is taken out of an abundance of caution and is based on local, state and national guidance to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Envera has been notified to turn off all FOB access to the CDD Amenities. These actions do not affect the vehicle entry gates. During the closure of the amenities, the staff will still come to work and run the operations on site, Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm for normal business. The staff will still be able to work with vendors and conduct business, however please call (813) 440-9015 in advance as there is no door bell at the clubhouse. Please limit your contact to only things that can not be done over email, the phone or after the amenities are reopened.
The are no meetings, events or reservations at the Clubhouse for the remainder of March. Clubhouse reservations, events or meetings for April and beyond have not been cancelled at this time, if you have a reservation and want to cancel it, please contact Rizzetta. The April 7th CDD meeting is planned to be held as scheduled.
Amenities will be reopened based on local, state and national guidance as soon as possible.
